Gamatech Makes PITCH Shortlist – Let Battle Commence

Gamatech has made the shortlist for PITCH at Web Summit 2018.

PITCH is the startup competition at Web Summit that brings together the world’s leading early-stage startups for a live on-stage battle.

The competition is open to startups exhibiting at Web Summit that have received under €3 million in funding to date and have not had a discernible change in business model in the previous three years.

Having already won a place to participate in the ALPHA programme, Gamatech applied for PITCH. As with all such applications, ours was one among thousands passed to an independent panel of judges for assessment.

We will be taking our place among what the panel determined to be the top 170 startups. We have our presentation ready and are relishing the prospect of presenting before distinguished investor panels, influential media and global Web Summit partners.

It’s particularly important to us that we have been chosen. The idea for our first product – ThoughtForma – was born at Web Summit 2017! This inspired us to make technology more accessible to all and so help realise the type of purposeful ideas that tend to stay locked up in people’s minds.

Winning PITCH would be an immense achievement! It would be the ultimate validation of our cause and the PERFECT springboard to propel us forward toward our goal of technology for all. Our genesis from Web Summit would make winning here ever more significant.
